    "Could do more to reach out to graduate students who live far away and are still working on degree.  So much time passes, I forget how to access my accounts let alone what is offered.  Likewise I'm completely in the dark to changes, new services, etc."

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We know our online services are particularly important for our distances students, but it's difficult to find out who the long-term distance students are. To help reach all of our users, we advertise changes to the library in multiple places: on our website, our social media accounts (@hollinsulibrary), through my.hollins, and in the library newsletter - you can always check those places out to see what's happening at the library. (And we're guessing you already do, since you found your way to our 5-year survey!) Also, we are always happy to help you via email (askref@hollins.edu) and over the phone (540.362.7465).
