"I'm still not completely sure how to find things within the library. It's a little terrifying to walk up to the people at the front desks or elsewhere and ask a question; I feel like they'll think it's a stupid question."
Please know that everyone who works at the library is here to help you - it's our job! People ask us all kinds of questions and we can guarantee that you are not the first, nor will you be the last to ask, to ask us a question about how to use the library. We know that it can be intimidating to ask questions, so we do our best to offer help you anyone who looks like they may need it, but we can't catch everyone that way. We hope that you will take a chance and ask us a question the next time you're in the library - we promise we are happy to help!
