I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received a response when you've tried to talk to a librarian - we really do want to help you! I'm not sure what method you used, perhaps chatting online? If so, sometimes it takes a couple minutes to respond because we're working with someone else, but we do our best to respond as soon as possible. If this ever happens in the future and you have to run feel free to leave your email address and question so we can get back to you!
